Refund Policy

Month to month, no lock-in

Every GrowVPS subscription is month-to-month at one flat price. There are no annual contracts, no setup fees, and no exit fees. You can cancel any time from your billing link or by emailing [email protected] — cancellation stops all future renewals.

What happens when you cancel

• A full snapshot of your box is taken first — the teardown step is gated and will not run until that snapshot completes.
• Want your data in hand? Email us and we hand you your archives same-day: app, database, automations, files.
• Because billing is monthly, cancelling means your current paid month is the last one. We do not bill you again.

Refunds

We do not offer partial-month refunds on time already used — that is the trade for no contracts and no exit fees. But if something went wrong on our side — your box never came online, or the service materially failed to match what this site promised — email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we will make it right, up to a full refund of that month.

PayPal purchases

Subscriptions are processed by PayPal; we never see your card details. You can also manage or cancel the subscription from your PayPal account. If you open a PayPal dispute, we would still love the chance to fix things first — one email is faster than any dispute process.
